WhichFitLineproducts have you been using?Once a day I’ve been using these products: Basics, Activize Oxyplus, Restorate Sensitive,ProShape (from the second month), Q10 Plus (from the second month). As required I alsouse Fitness-Drink (before and during sport), Basen Plus (after sport), Fruit Bar (during sport)and Protein Ultra (before sport) and Choco-Slim (as a meal replacement at midday).2. Which changes have you noticed with regard to performance and regeneration?Since I started taking the FitLine products I feel fitter. Especially during longer, faster ordemanding runs I can maintain a constant performance level for a longer period. Duringregeneration after the runs, FitLine is also helping me combat tense muscles or weak knees. Ican go on several fast runs on several consecutive days without having to have a break fromtraining. That means I can train more effectively and improve my performance.To be able to train consistently at my personal high level even during long runs (of one houror more), I have been using more Fitness-Drink from the second month, that gives meadditional performance. In day to day life I also feel in comparison that the FitLine productshave been helping me. I feel more wide awake and fitter and can usually concentrate better.Of the three bars, I have been most convinced by the Fruit Bar. It can be eaten well duringsport as it has not been produced with chocolate and does not melt. I am particularly a bitdisappointed about the Choco Slim bar that is supposed to replace a full meal, as it doescontain an awful lot of calories and does not satisfy me for long.Brigitte from Augsburg, 43 years old, runs 30- 50 km (19 - 31 miles) a week1. Which changes have you noticed with regard to performance and regeneration?In the middle of July I ran a quarter marathon, my first one of the year. Over the last fewyears on the same run I had times between 7:15 min/km and 7:50 min/km. This year: 6:19min/km – my personal best time by a long score. The conditions were perfect and I had alsotrained a bit more than in previous years but such an increase cannot be explained that wayalone.I started my running season for this year in the middle of March at 8 min/km. During trainingI am now often running speeds around 6:50 min/km, even over a distance of 10 km (6.2miles) – those are times unknown to me until a few weeks ago. For the first time in my life Ialso no longer feel like a lame duck while running.Barbara from Krefeld, 49 years old, runs 50-70 km (31-43.5 miles) a week1.
